If you've had online experiences with freelance auctions like Scriptlance, Elance or Rentacoder I'd be interested in knowing about it. I've done some freelance work on the rentacoder freelance auction and I'm usually looking for new gigs.

It is fair to warn about the pitfalls of rentacoder.
Please note rentacoder staff are INCREDIBLY STUPID PROFESSIONAL LIARS.
They lie even with their slogan.
The DUMMIES in rentacoder staff are proficient to blame someone else for their mistakes in attempts to hide their stupidity.

With different words if someone tries to make serious project he will stumble in the incredible stupidity of rac staff. People interested to make serious projects have to go far away from rentacoder.

Hi Sergey, Kamen. I'm familiar with you both and your ongoing debate from my rentacoder googling . Kamen, some advice, I know from all your posts you had a bad experience with rentacoder why not try other freelance auctions like scriptlance, getafreelancer and odesk. I've not had luck with them but it's worth a shot. Losing an arbitration is difficult and maybe sometimes unfair but life goes on. Have you tried other freelance auctions ? I've found them to be difficult to find gigs. What else do you do besides tormenting rentacoder, I assume you are still in IT ? Sergey has done a lot of work on many of these auctions as you can see from his profile.

1. please note that rentacoder staff can not follow the explicit recommendation from Microsoft that is described explicitly several times in the documentation. And rentacoder staff blame Microsoft. So rentacoder staff are stupid liars
2. please note that you and everyone with experience can confirm that the majority of the tasks done on rentacoder are patches up to several hundreds. This is only small-time software. But the slogan of rentacoder supposes that there is serious software. The contradiction is obvious. Therefore the lies of rentacoder staff start even with their slogan
Conclusion about rentacoder staff:
- they do not understand more than several words plain English, with different words they are too stupid to deal with serious projects
- they are proficient to lie and to blame someone else

I guess you guys have slowed down on this issue. I've not seen much posting about online it as in times past. I do agree there are some problems with rentacoder.
