Sugar CRM Business Software / Script partnered with Microsoft ?

This is an old article I've been reading, not really a sellout more like a partnership. I heard about the propriety Microsoft Dynamics CRM a while back but I might have missed this open source partnership with the Sugar CRM. What do you think ?
